How to apply for Barangay Clearance
Complete the online form first, then proceed to the Barangay Clearance window with your supporting documents.

Basic Barangay Clearance requirements
- Completed Barangay Clearance form from the E-Services system.
- Proof of residency in Barangay Holy Spirit, such as a Barangay ID or any valid ID showing a Barangay Holy Spirit address.
- Old Residence Certificate or previous proof of residence, when available.
- NBI Clearance, Police Clearance, or Voter's Affidavit, when used as supporting identification or verification.
- For new residents, renters, or applicants whose current ID does not show a Barangay Holy Spirit address: endorsement letter from the purok leader or HOA president.
Additional documents depending on purpose
Some purposes require additional checking. Prepare these when they apply to your transaction.
- Xerox copy of Transfer Certificate of Title, also known as TCT, when the clearance is connected to property or construction-related purposes.
- Clearance from the Homeowners Association or HOA, when required by the area or purpose of application.
- Plan for Construction, for construction-related clearance requests.
- Franchise or TODA Clearance, especially for TRU or transport-related purposes.
