How to apply for a Barangay ID
Follow these steps before proceeding to the Barangay ID window.

Complete your resident profile
Fill in your personal information, address, contact number, and other resident profile details.

Submit your verification documents
Upload or capture a valid ID, proof of income, or birth certificate. You must also submit a selfie for identity verification.

Wait for profile verification
Barangay staff will review your account and resident profile before allowing access to the online services.

Choose Barangay ID
After verification, open the E-Services portal and select the Barangay ID service.

Fill out the Barangay ID form
Provide complete details such as full name, address, area or purok, date of birth, place of birth, contact number, Precinct #, and emergency contact information.

Prepare proof of residency
Prepare documents or information showing that you are a resident of Barangay Holy Spirit.

Proceed to the Barangay ID window
After completing the online form, visit the Barangay ID service window for checking and processing.

Present your ID or residency proof
Show your valid ID, proof of residency, endorsement letter, or other supporting documents for verification.

Complete photo verification
Follow the barangay workflow for photo capture or photo upload verification, depending on the instructions given.

Barangay staff will provide processing updates and instructions for claiming or release.

Basic requirements
- Completed Barangay ID form from the E-Services system.
- Precinct # registered with your voter record. The online Barangay ID form will ask for this before you can continue.
- Any valid ID showing a Barangay Holy Spirit address, if available.
- Proof that the applicant is a resident of Barangay Holy Spirit, including the Precinct # for registered voters in the barangay.
Supporting identification or verification
These may be used when applicable or when barangay staff needs additional checking.
- Barangay ID.
- Old Residence Certificate.
- NBI Clearance.
- Police Clearance.
- Voter's Affidavit.
For new residents, renters, or address mismatch
- Endorsement letter from the purok leader or HOA president when the applicant's current ID does not show a Barangay Holy Spirit address.
